The Japan Birds Project has taken flight to the East!  Born from a moment of deep compassion for the people of Japan during the March 2011 Tsunami and Earthquake in Japan, The Japan Birds Project originated with a single Bird and Flower painting… these ‘Birdsongs’ speak to the delicate balance of the natural world, human vulnerability and our connection to both internal and external environments.  Each bird painting tells a story of the time and place it was created.  There are currently 50 different original Japan bird designs; all painted west of the Mississippi. Please return to meet the Eastern Japan Birds, now in progress.  Proceeds from the sale of each original Japan Birds Project painting, archival photo print, canvas box or pillow help to fund scholarships for children and adults to take fine art classes through Time for Art’s Fine Art Enrichment Programs.
